CCIFS à la recherche d'un chef de projet pour EMI International

For our partner, EMI International, company specialised in design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of industrial doors for a large scale of industrial and commercial buildings, French Serbian Chamber of Commerce is looking for a skilled project manager to support their business operations in Serbia. EMI was founded in 1998 in France and has since expanded internationally, to Roumania, Russia, Morocco and Ukraine. EMI International from Bucharest is planning soon to start its business activities on the Serbian market, and is therefore looking for a :

 

 PROJECT MANAGER
( m/f)
Belgrade

 

This person will be subordinated to the Executive Director.

Main mission : 

  • He coordinates the activities within the projects in his responsibility
  • He permanently monitors the quality of the works on the building sites / workstations in his area of responsibility
  • He elaborates the tender documentation
  • He ensures the solving of problems occurred in the realisation of the projects in his responsibility.
  • He maintains the relationships with the existing customers
  • He participates in all the events of the projects in which he is involved, ensuring their proper preparation and good development
  • He organises, coordinates and supervises the teams of technicians, as well as all the fitting, maintenance, repair, service operations for the company's products
  • He stays in permanent communication with the customers / beneficiaries / collaborators of the company
  • He establishes development relationships with potential partners, customers, beneficiaries, etc.
  • He prepares the price offers

 

Activities : 

  • He monitors in real time the progress achieved towards the established objectives
  • He ensures the efficient management and use of resources and proposes remedies for deficiencies
  • He performs his activity strictly following the instruction manuals, the working procedures, the operational procedures, the guidelines of the Company's management, as well as the rules of the building site / location / institution on whose territory they are located
  • He participates, together with the Zonal Technical Coordinators, in the verification of the endowment of the work teams with materials, devices, tools and all that is necessary for the proper carrying out of the work, according to the equipment list prepared before the start of work (screws, cables, hand tools, ladders, connectors, etc.)
  • He participates, together with the Zonal Technical Coordinators, in the careful verification of the individual work and protection equipment that are appropriate to the working conditions, the work carried on and the risks to which the members of the work teams are exposed, permanently monitoring the granting and manner of use thereof in the manufacture process
  • He participates, together with the Zonal Technical Coordinators, in the verification of the staff of the work teams regarding their work attendance, their fulfilment of the norms and implicitly of the contracts concluded, taking operational measures in case of delays in the work attendance, as well as against those who do not comply with the provisions of the ROI (Internal Order Regulation).
  • He collaborates with the Human Resources Department for the staff hiring, training and permanent specialisation

  • Ability to cope with stress caused by the promotion of the company's products, by the timely preparation of the necessary documentation, especially under the pressure of the execution deadlines requested by the beneficiaries
