Key skills/experience expected of the ideal candidate are as follows:

  • Graduate degree (VII degree of vocational education) from School of Economics, Management or closely related.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a team coordinator/PA/admin role preferred in corporate or international company.
  • Ability to prioritize administrative duties, organize and prioritize work for self and CEO in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly
  • Excellent organizational skills and good eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to interact with all levels of client management, referral sources and other professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e., Excel).
  • Excellence in spoken and written English (full professional proficiency).

 Responsibilities:

  • Support CEO in managing workload and activities.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for the CEO, including organizing all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements.
  • Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of the CEO, presentations and similar, and follow up income and outcome requests for information, outstanding reports and correspondence.
  • Arrange meeting room for internal and external meetings as requested, and prepare it in advance for recurring meetings.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agenda, attend Board of Directors and draft minutes.
  • Assist in coordination of specific projects.
