L’OREAL BALKAN is looking for

HR Administration Professional

Replacement contract for approximately 2y period

As HR Administration Professional you will carry out all activities linked to the pay and administration of personnel:

Carry out all processes linked to personnel administration, legal documentation, personnel changes, residence and work permits and keep individual personnel files up-to-date

Handle variable aspects of pay and personnel transfers within the pay Information System for all employees, carry out checks by applying various regulations and respecting deadlines

Provide support and assistance to Human Resources teams and to management on matters relating to the pay and administration of personnel

Manage all data in SAP HR

Consolidate data ensuring reliability, and prepare social indicators and HR statistics

Prepare financial and fiscal reports linked to pay within the framework of internal and external demands

The best profile we look for is responsible, reliable, confidential, organized colleague and fair team player looking for solutions. With University degree, preferably in economics, and experience in HR administration. Native Serbian language, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft office packages are must.
