Industralization Engineer

Le Bélier is a global group specialized in the manufacture of molded aluminum safety components for cars. Le Bélier group is one of the largest independent suppliers of the aluminum cast parts for the global car industry.

Located on three continents, with more than 3.200 employees, Le Bélier group has one plant in Serbia, one in France, three in Hungary, two in Mexico and three in China specialized in three products family: braking components, air intake and chassis-structure.

Le Bélier has been successfully operating in Serbia, Kikinda since 2003. Due to continued progress of our plant, we are looking for a candidate for the following position:

INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER (m/f)

(Position based in Kikinda)

Main responsibilities:

·         Guarantees the planning of industrialization, the budget and consistency of the process design compared to the specifications in relation with the Project Manager

·         Works with the team to define the technical specification for the new equipment

·         Leads technical meetings and industrial project reviews and provides necessary reporting

·         Participates in choosing suppliers of production means, follow up all the matters linked with the suppliers

·         Coordinates the action plan of product / process development and validating the technical choices

·         Validates installation of new equipment from supplier and support production during start-up phase

·         May be required to support improvements or changes to a process during the life of the product series

·         May be required to participate in FMEA of the production means

Requirements:

·         University degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering

·         Computer literacy (MS Office)

·         Fluency in English

·         Previous working experience on similar positions is necessary
