Machining Methods Technician

Le Bélier is a global group specialized in the manufacture of molded aluminum safety components for cars. Le Bélier group is one of the largest independent suppliers of the aluminum cast parts for the global car industry.

Located on three continents, with more than 3.200 employees, Le Bélier group has one plant in Serbia, one in France, three in Hungary, two in Mexico and three in China specialized in three products family: braking components, air intake and chassis-structure.

Le Bélier has been successfully operating in Serbia, Kikinda since 2003. Due to continued progress of our plant, we are looking for a candidate for the following position

MACHINING METHODS TECHNICIAN (m/f)

(Position based in Kikinda)

Main responsibilities:

·         studies the industrial methods manufacturing components and determines the methods, modes and operating means

·         determines industrial methods and designs production programs (CNC, machining centers, robots ...)

·         writes manufacturing documents, or validation system (lines, procedures, specifications) and checks the application compliance

·         develops prototypes or manufacturing tooling for production preparation

·         studies and figure the time and cost of manufacturing and defines the specifications

·         studies malfunctions, take corrective action and monitor their implementation

·         provides technical assistance to operators and service quality, design, production

Requirements:

·         High school degree

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions

·         General machining knowledge

·         2D drawing reading and understanding

·         CNC programing

·         Cutting tools preparation (mounting and measuring), carbide, PCD

·         Mounting of machining fixture

·         CNC machine set up

·         Knowledge of measurement methods and controls

·         Good knowledge in English

·         Computer literacy (Excel, Power Point)
