Assistant of the Plant Manager (m/f)
Le Bélier is a global group specialized in the manufacture of molded aluminum safety components for cars. Le Bélier group is one of the largest independent suppliers of the aluminum cast parts for the global car industry.
Located on three continents, with more than 3.200 employees, Le Bélier group has one plant in Serbia, one in France, three in Hungary, two in Mexico and three in China specialized in three products family: braking components, air intake and chassis-structure.
Le Bélier has been successfully operating in Serbia, Kikinda since 2003. Due to continued progress of our plant, we are looking for a candidate for the following position:
ASSISTANT OF THE PLANT MANAGER (m/f)
(Position based in Kikinda)
Main responsibilities:
- In charge to prepare necessary administrative documentation, meeting minutes, reporting, as a support for Plant manager
- Makes simultaneous and written translation or interpretation on different meetings/topics for Plant manager including foundry workshop visit
- Assist to the Plant manager in organizing his calendar of the activities
- Manage receiving of all phone calls to the plant and transferring them to different departments
- In charge to cover logistic of travelling of our employees or receiving company’s guests
Requirements:
- Technical high school degree
- Fluency in English
- Previous administrative experiance is a plus
- Computer literacy (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Structured and organized
