Shift Manager
Location: Ruma
Job description:
- Manages the work on a production line (organizes, plans, coordinates and controls all activities performed in each shift)
- Develops and implements a daily shift production plan and issues work assignments to employees
- Take care about quality of products and solving problems about quality issues
- Monitors the implements daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and provides all conditions for their execution
- Organizes the production process with respect to the set of plans and deadlines
- Guarantees the synchronized operation of production, provides optimized performance of the manufacturing process
- Assists in the defining and improvement of industrial products
- Controls the respect of prescribed technological operations and ergonomic work
- Detecting and solving errors in production (proposes corrective and preventive measures)
- Applies and ensures that all employees apply the instruction for operating machinery and instructions on routine maintenance of machinery
Requirements:
- College degree: mechanical faculty or other technical faculties
- Desirable work experience in similar positions of 2 years’ minimum
- Desirable experience in automobile industry
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- High communicational and organizational skills
- Team work orientation
- Flexibility, analytic, initiative
- Openness towards change
- Ability to work under pressure
