Tooling Shop Coordinator
Location: Ruma
Job description:
- Managing the tooling shop and coordinating the work of the staff
- Responsibility for keeping and updating technical documentation
- Supervision of maintenance and regeneration of tools
- Providing timely technical inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Provide technical support in term of tool operation
- Making registration and approval of newly installed/purchased tools
- Building new tools(frames) and making modifications
- Controlling the proper use of tools
- Cooperation with production, technical department, quality department
Requirements:
- College degree: mechanical faculty or other technical faculties
- Desirable work experience in similar positions of 2 years’ minimum, including responsibility for personnel
- Experience in terms of construction and repair of tools will be additional advantage
- Knowledge of safety standards and principles
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- High communicational and organizational skills
- Team work orientation
- Flexibility, analytic, initiative
- Openness towards change
- Ability to work under pressure
