Tooling Shop Coordinator
Location: Ruma

Job description:

• Managing the tooling shop and coordinating the work of the staff
• Responsibility for keeping and updating technical documentation
• Supervision of maintenance and regeneration of tools
• Providing timely technical inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Provide technical support in term of tool operation
• Making registration and approval of newly installed/purchased tools
• Building new tools(frames) and making modifications
• Controlling the proper use of tools
• Cooperation with production, technical department, quality department

Requirements:

• College degree: mechanical faculty or other technical faculties
• Desirable work experience in similar positions of 2 years’ minimum, including responsibility for personnel
• Experience in terms of construction and repair of tools will be additional advantage
• Knowledge of safety standards and principles
• Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
• High communicational and organizational skills
• Team work orientation
• Flexibility, analytic, initiative
• Openness towards change
• Ability to work under pressure
